! He definitely went above and beyond with helping us sell our home. We ran into unforseen issues with selling our house (which should have been caught when we purchased it) and David was there to help us thru it all. An example of this- I was at work on a Saturday and was extremely busy. He was at our home with the contractor who was putting a leach field in the front lawn. The contractor called and let me know the septic needed to be pumped before he could continue with the work. (The weather, permits and all else has pushed us behind already and we were all beyond frustrated.) David called around for me and found someone to come out last minute, on a Saturday, for a reasonable price and take care of the septic! This is only one of the many many examples of how wonderful and caring David is as an agent. I highly, highly recommend him!!!

And let me say, he deserves them. He was extremely helpful in explaining the how the home buying process works in NC, which is very different from where we came from. He is very knowledgeable of the Asheville and surrounding areas, but was always willing to go outside his 'comfort zone' when we wanted to view homes that were a significant distance from Asheville, and in some cases, way off the 'beaten path'. He was very responsive to all our requests for viewings, arranged all our various home inspections to get them done within the due diligence period, followed through on everything, and was highly communicative during the home buying process. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

I don't know how we got so lucky; he's been nothing but fantastic since our first interaction. David represented us as buyers for a property.The biggest strengths with David I noticed were his responsiveness, helpfulness, and ability to go above and beyond when needed -- even if it was for something unrelated to his duties.We texted or called David at all hours of the day and night. He would respond immediately. If it ever took more than a few minutes, I knew David was actively in a showing or driving where there was no reception; he ALWAYS responded as soon as he was free.David was extremely helpful in all areas of the process. Things like lining up or recommending things we needed (surveyor, inspector, making sure the loan process was moving along) were kept on track due to him.
