An example of this- I was at work on a Saturday and was extremely busy. He was at our home with the contractor who was putting a leach field in the front lawn. The contractor called and let me know the septic needed to be pumped before he could continue with the work. (The weather, permits and all else has pushed us behind already and we were all beyond frustrated.)
